Recipe Ingredients :
  • 2 spoons parsley, chopped
  • 2 spoon from, fresh green thyme, chopped
  • 1 spoon dry Sage
  • 3 garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • Salt and black pepper As You Like
  • 3/4 kilo chicken breast without skin

How to prepare :
  • Placed parsley, thyme, Sage, garlic, olive oil, vinegar, salt and black pepper in a blender and mix together.
  • Put the chicken in glass dish and add the Previous mixture.
  • Cover the dish and leave to soaked in the fridge for two hours and up to 48 hours as you like.
  • Cooked the Chicken under the grill after Remove the souse for 10 minutes per side 
  • OR , Cook in  oven temperature of 200 o (400 F)  for 40 minutes.
