Preparation time: 10 to 20

 Recipe Ingredients :

  • 1 ½ cup of rice with long grain.
  •  15 g butter
  • Small onion
  • 2 ½ cups hot water.
  •  Cube chicken broth.
  •  Atom of saffron.
  •  Salt and pepper.

  •  Tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese .
  • 90 g Eggs
  • Mozzarella cheese.

How to prepare :
