Recipe Ingredients :
- ½ kilo fish fillet.
- Onion cut in thin slices.
- Fish Spices .
- ½ cup sliced black olives.
- 3 tomato chopped into small pieces.
- Bell pepper chopped into small pieces.
- ½ parsley chopped into small pieces.
- Tbsp olive oil.
- 3 cloves garlic .
- ½ cup lemon juice.
- 2 tablespoons cumin.
- Salt and pepper
How to prepare :
- Mix the salt, pepper, cumin and spices and half the amount of fish with some lemon juice.
- Put The Mixture on the fish for a quarter of an hour.
- to process tomato sauce; fry the onion and garlic in olive oil until it becomes golden.
- Then Add the tomato them and olives, parsley and pepper.
- and add The rest of the amount of lemon juice, and left them on the fire for 10 minutes.
- Add the fish marinated tomato sauce.
- And let it on the fire for 10 minutes, or until the maturity the fish.
- Then put it in serving dishes, you can serve it with white rice
