RECIPE INGREDIENTS
• 2 tablespoons peanut oil (peanut)
• 1 egg whipped
• 1 clove garlic
• 1 chopped onion slices
• 1 cup broccoli flowers
• Little of the corn
• 1 red pepper diced small section
• 3/4 cup chicken broth
• 1 cup tuna
• 2 teaspoon oil
• 2 cups white rice
• 2 tbsp soy sauce
1 - in a pan on the fire, Heat 1 tablespoon oil, eggs and even transferred becomes homogeneous .
2 - put the egg aside and go into slices.
3 - add the amount of the remaining oil to skillet and transferred garlic, onions, broccoli, red peppers (3-4 minutes).
